About these terms

These terms apply when you use mentorpeakconsulting.com or join any MentorPeak Consulting Ltd program, including the 90-Day Bootcamp, Continued Education, Lifetime Access and the MPC Jarvis indicator. By using the site or joining a program, you agree to them.

Education, not financial advice

Everything we teach, show or share is for education only. Nothing on this site, in our classes, in our community or in MPC Jarvis is financial, investment or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Student stories on our site are real, but they reflect each person's own effort. They are not typical or guaranteed results.

Your programs and access

Your access is personal. Please don't share your login, your Jarvis access or any course material with anyone else. If we find access being shared, we may remove it without a refund.

Payments

• Prices are shown in US$ and TT$ on our website and may change. The price you agree when you join is the price you pay.
• We currently take payment by bank transfer. Your access starts once we've confirmed your payment.
• If you choose a payment plan, every payment must be made on time. If a payment is missed, we may pause your access until it's made.

Refunds

Programs (90-Day Bootcamp, Continued Education and Lifetime Access): if you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying. After 7 days, payments are not refundable.

• To ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email support@mentorpeakconsulting.com within the 7 days.
• We refund by bank transfer to the account you paid from, and your program access ends when the refund is made.
• On a payment plan, the 7 days count from your first payment.

MPC Jarvis: you can try Jarvis free for 7 days before paying. Because of this, Jarvis payments are final and not refundable.

MPC Jarvis

• Jarvis runs on TradingView. You need your own TradingView account, and we give access to the username you provide.
• Jarvis is an educational tool that helps you read the market and reduces human error. It doesn't place trades for you or tell you what to trade.
• We may update or improve Jarvis at any time. We're not responsible for TradingView outages or changes on their side.

Our content

Our videos, lessons, worksheets, the MentorPeak name and logo, and MPC Jarvis belong to MentorPeak Consulting Ltd. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.

Our community

MentorPeak is a family. To keep it that way, please be respectful, keep members' personal details private, and don't spam, sell your own services or post paid signals. We may remove anyone who doesn't follow these rules.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep our teaching, website and tools accurate and available, but we can't promise they'll always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, MentorPeak is not responsible for trading losses or for indirect losses that come from using our site, programs or tools. If we are found responsible for something, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and tell current students by email about important changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
