Who we are
MentorPeak Consulting Ltd ("MentorPeak", "we", "us") is an online trading education company registered in Trinidad and Tobago. We run the 90-Day Bootcamp, Continued Education, Lifetime Access and the MPC Jarvis indicator.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through mentorpeakconsulting.com, our forms, our programs and our messages, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Your name, email address and WhatsApp number
- Your TradingView username, so we can give you access to MPC Jarvis
- Messages you send us through forms, email or WhatsApp
- Payment confirmations, such as a bank transfer reference or screenshot. We don't collect or store card numbers.
- Details you give when you book a call with us
Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, our website platform records basic technical details such as your browser, device type and the pages you view. We use cookies for this (see "Cookies" below).
How we use it
- To give you access to your program, the student area and MPC Jarvis
- To answer your questions and arrange calls and classes
- To send emails about your program or free trial, such as welcome messages and reminders
- To send news and offers, if you've signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To confirm payments and keep the business records the law requires
- To improve our website and programs
Storing data outside Trinidad and Tobago
Some of the services above store information on servers in other countries. We choose well-known providers that protect the data they hold.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a student or on our mailing list, and for as long as we need it to meet legal and accounting duties. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email
- See the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law

Young students
Our youth pricing is for students and anyone under 21. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them joining and to us using their information as described here.
Keeping it safe
We limit who can see your information to the people who need it to run your program, and we use trusted services with their own security. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we'll also let current students know by email.
